Most of our services are charged by the hour. There is a minimum charge of 1 hour's work. Then after that, you are charged for every 30 minutes taken. We accept payment by cash or credit card.

Standard appointments are from 9:30am to 6:00pm and may be booked up to 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

We also offer faster appointments for more urgent problems. These can be for the same day, the next day or the following day. We can also arrange for evening or Saturday visits. However, all these are subject to a surcharge. Please check our prices.

For project based services which are carried out in our offices such as website design, a fee for the project will be agreed prior to work being undertaken.
